We can provide both holiday and long term rental properties in the areas of Riviera del Sol and Duquesa.
Sample contracts can be seen and downloaded from Fact File. Simply Contact Us if you are interested in any properties shown, or have a general enquiry about renting, or have a property to rent in these areas.
Holiday Rentals:
- All holiday rentals include linen and apartment towels
- Beach towels are not provided
- Simple 150 € deposit for all bookings
- Full payment 6 weeks before arrival date
- 200 € returnable damage deposit on issue of keys
- Insurance not included
Long Term Rentals:
- All rentals subject to formal contract
- 2 months rent as deposit
- Payment monthly in advance
- Utilities extra
- Sorry, no animals
